I should have googled Dynasty Warriors Online before I made my last post. According to this website, the game only exists in Japanese. I can’t tell if it is close to what I wanted, because of the language barrier.  Here are several videos of game play:

Behold the beauty that is the goblin shark. An alien-esque wonder that gets its name from the Japanese monster named “tengu“. Even if you are not a fan of sharks, this video is still worth watching for the mouth that lunges out of its head.
